Influencer Neutrality Policy
Last Updated: January 19, 2026
1. Our Commitment to Fairness
RaffleGo is committed to providing a level playing field for all users. This policy ensures that influencers, celebrities, and high-profile users receive no preferential treatment in our raffle system.
Core Principle: Every participant has an equal chance of winning, regardless of their social media following, public profile, or relationship with RaffleGo.
2. Equal Treatment Guarantee
RaffleGo guarantees that:
- No Preferential Odds: Influencers and celebrities have the same odds of winning as any other participant with the same number of tickets.
- No Reserved Wins: We do not reserve prizes or manipulate draws to favor any user.
- No Special Access: High-profile users do not receive early access to raffles or exclusive ticket allocations.
- No Fee Discounts: All users pay the same platform fees regardless of their status.
3. Draw Integrity
Our provably fair draw system ensures neutrality:
- External Randomness: Winners are selected using publicly verifiable randomness from NIST Beacon and drand—sources that RaffleGo cannot control or influence.
- Automated Execution: Draws execute automatically without human intervention.
- Public Verification: Any participant can independently verify draw results using the published randomness values.
- No Override Capability: RaffleGo employees cannot manually select or change winners.
4. Influencer Organizers
When influencers or celebrities organize raffles on RaffleGo:
- Same Review Process: Their raffles undergo the same admin approval process as all other organizers.
- Same Fee Structure: They pay the same tiered platform fees (10%/15%/20%).
- Same Escrow Rules: Their earnings are held in escrow until winners confirm prize delivery.
- Same Security Requirements: They must maintain the same security deposits as other organizers.
5. Prohibited Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Fake Giveaways: Organizing raffles with no intention of delivering prizes.
- Predetermined Winners: Announcing winners before the draw or selecting winners outside the platform.
- Follower Requirements: Requiring participants to follow social media accounts as a condition of entry (tickets are the only entry method).
- Exclusive Deals: Offering special terms to influencers that are not available to all users.
- Promotional Manipulation: Misrepresenting odds or outcomes in promotional content.
6. Disclosure Requirements
Influencers promoting RaffleGo or their raffles must:
- Clearly disclose any material relationship with RaffleGo
- Not make false claims about winning odds or guaranteed outcomes
- Accurately represent how the raffle system works
- Comply with FTC guidelines and local advertising regulations
- Not suggest that their followers have better odds of winning
7. Reporting Violations
