Refund Policy

1. General Policy
RaffleGo is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for ticket purchases and wallet deposits.
Important: All ticket purchases are generally final. Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Raffle Cancellation Refunds
Full refunds are automatically issued when:
- Raffle Cancelled by Organizer: If an organizer cancels their raffle before the draw, all ticket holders receive a full refund to their RaffleGo wallet.
- Raffle Cancelled by Platform: If RaffleGo cancels a raffle due to policy violations or fraud concerns, all ticket holders receive a full refund.
- Raffle Expiration: If a raffle does not sell all tickets within 60 days, it is automatically cancelled and all ticket holders are refunded.
Refunds for cancelled raffles are processed automatically within 24 hours and credited to your RaffleGo wallet.
3. Dispute-Related Refunds
Refunds may be issued following a dispute resolution:
- Prize Not Delivered: If the organizer fails to ship the prize within the required timeframe and does not respond to communications, the winner may receive a full refund of their ticket purchase.
- Prize Significantly Different: If the delivered prize is materially different from the description, a partial or full refund may be issued after investigation.
- Damaged Prize: If the prize arrives damaged and the organizer does not resolve the issue, a refund may be issued based on the circumstances.
Dispute-related refunds are determined by RaffleGo administrators on a case-by-case basis. Our decision is final.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:
- Completed Raffles: Once a draw has been completed and a winner selected, ticket purchases cannot be refunded.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind about participating.
- Losing Tickets: Non-winning tickets are not eligible for refunds.
- Platform Fees: Platform service fees are non-refundable once a raffle has been completed.
- Wallet Deposits: Deposits to your RaffleGo wallet are generally non-refundable (see Section 5).
5. Wallet Deposit Refunds
Funds deposited to your RaffleGo wallet:
- Can be used to purchase raffle tickets
- Can be withdrawn to your original payment method (subject to verification)
- Are not automatically refunded upon account closure
To withdraw wallet funds, use the withdrawal feature in the app. Processing times vary by payment method (typically 3-5 business days).
6. Organizer Refunds
For raffle organizers:
- Security Deposits: Refundable after all obligations are fulfilled and no pending disputes exist.
- Cancelled Raffles: If you cancel your raffle, all ticket sales are refunded to participants. No platform fees are charged for cancelled raffles.
- Completed Raffles: Earnings are released after the winner confirms prize delivery. Platform fees are deducted and non-refundable.
7. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:
- Open the RaffleGo app
- Navigate to the relevant raffle or transaction
- Use the "Report Issue" or "Dispute" feature
- Provide details and any supporting evidence
- Wait for our team to review your request

9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of using our refund process:
- Your RaffleGo account may be suspended pending investigation
- You may be prohibited from future participation
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds
